這是正式報價嗎？Is this a formal quotation?
不是。清單與固定摘要供比較及內部審批；正式報價須由職員核實。No. Selections and fixed summaries help you compare and seek internal approval. A formal quotation needs staff review.
可以指定送貨日期嗎？Can I specify a delivery date?
可以記下希望或最遲日期，但保存日期不代表確認送貨；急單須先核實供應及安排。You can record a preferred date or deadline. Saving it does not confirm delivery; urgent arrangements need checking first.
模型及圖片就是收到嗰棵？Do the models and images show the plant I will receive?
模型及圖片只供款式及擺放參考，並非當批實物。Models and images are references for type and placement. They do not show the actual plant supplied.
只買一兩棵可以嗎？Can I buy one or two plants?
可以，沒有新增最低訂量；運費按結帳顯示。Yes. There is no new minimum order quantity. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
固定摘要會保留價格嗎？Does a fixed summary lock the price?
不會。摘要保存建立時的估算；繼續訂購時會重新核對現時價格及供應。No. It records the estimate when created. Current prices and availability are checked when you continue.
花盆包括在內嗎？Are planters included?
按每款商品基本配置及清單所選花盆顯示；裝飾盆只有在清單列明時才包括。Each item shows its standard configuration and selected planter. A decorative planter is included only when listed.
費用如何計算？How are costs calculated?
所選商品及配置費用會在結帳時計算；運費及其他未確認費用以結帳頁顯示或職員確認為準。The cost of selected products and options is calculated at checkout. Delivery and any unconfirmed costs are shown at checkout or confirmed by staff.
即日或翌日送貨可以嗎？Can you deliver today or tomorrow?
可先查詢。我們須核實貨源、人手及路線；確認前不保證送達，亦不收特急費。Please enquire first. Stock, staffing and routes need checking. Delivery is not guaranteed and no urgent fee is charged before confirmation.
大量或多地址訂單怎樣處理？What about large or multi-address orders?
可先整理完整清單，再查詢供應、各地址送貨安排及正式報價。Prepare the full list, then enquire about stock, delivery to each address and a formal quotation.
