1. Plant Product Returns Policy
Seven-Day Health Promise
Seven-Day Health Promise — Not Thriving? We’ll Replace It.
Every plant we send out is handpicked to be the healthiest and most vigorous specimen available at the time. If it’s not looking its best within seven days, simply send us a photo and we’ll replace it right away. You’re not just buying a plant — you’re getting a promise you can count on.
Return Conditions
Returns or exchanges may be requested under the following circumstances:
- Plant Death: The plant arrives completely withered or dead upon delivery
- Severe Damage: The main stem is broken, roots are severely rotten, or other damage that materially affects the plant’s growth
- Incorrect Species: The plant delivered is clearly different from the species ordered
- Significantly Different from Description: The size or condition of the plant differs materially from the product description
Non-Returnable Circumstances
Returns are not accepted under the following circumstances:
- Minor leaf damage or bud loss during transit (a normal shipping risk that does not affect plant health or growth)
- Plant death resulting from improper care on the customer’s part (e.g. overwatering, insufficient lighting)
- Natural leaf drop, flower drop, or yellowing leaves (these are part of normal plant metabolism and are not considered defects)
- Return requests submitted after the stipulated deadline
- Items purchased on special offer or clearance, or products explicitly marked as “non-returnable”
2. Non-Plant Product Returns Policy
Return Conditions
Non-plant products, including planters, gardening tools, and fertilisers, are subject to the following return conditions:
- Return Period: Within 7 days of receipt
- Return Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt
- Non-Returnable: Opened or used consumables, including fertilisers and soil; assembled or damaged products

4. Returns Process
Returns Process Steps
- Contact Us Promptly — Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, stating the reason for the exchange
- Provide Supporting Information — Please include your order number along with clear photographs of the plant (a full-plant view and close-ups of any damage)
- Await Our Review — We will assess your request and respond within 1–2 working days
- Arrange the Return — Once approved, please return the plant to us
💡 Important Reminder: Please inspect your plant immediately upon delivery and take unboxing photographs or videos for your records. Return requests submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.
5. Plant Rental — Plant Replacement

- Take a photo and contact us to request a replacement plant. We will process this on the next order cut-off date.

Disclaimer Details
- Plant images are for reference only; actual plants may vary slightly in appearance due to growth conditions, seasonal factors, and other natural variables.
- Minor leaf damage or bud loss during transit is a natural occurrence and does not affect the overall health or growth of the plant.
- Plant growth is influenced by surrounding environmental conditions; whilst we provide detailed care guides, we are unable to guarantee plant survival.
- In the event of delivery delays caused by typhoons, severe weather or traffic conditions, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule the delivery date.
