Weekly care recommended. Transparent monthly rates; longer contracts earn gift credit (not a unit discount). Site survey waived until 30 Sep 2026.

• Monthly rates are fixed once confirmed. Contracts of 12 months or longer include gift credit, preferably redeemable from month 13 toward rent.
• Weekly care is recommended for plant stability and includes free wilt replacement. Biweekly care costs slightly less but has higher wilt risk; wilt replacement is HK$380 per plant.
• Wilt replacement: weekly care = free same-type swap (excluding misuse); biweekly care = HK$380 per plant. Style change on request: HK$400 per plant.
• If total monthly rent is below HK$1,500, a small-order service fee of HK$300 per month applies.
• Deposit equals one month of rent; refunded at contract end if there are no arrears or wilful damage.
• Standard payment: deposit and first month due before first delivery (FPS or bank transfer); then monthly invoices, please settle within about 7 days. Delivery is not scheduled until the first payment clears.
• Company billing: after approval, deposit before delivery; then monthly invoices payable within 30 days. Overdue accounts may pause non-urgent service.
• Payment methods: FPS, bank transfer, or company cheque. Card payment on request (a processing fee may apply).
• Site survey HK$400 (may be two visits: photos + mockup quote) waived until 30 Sep 2026; thereafter free when monthly rent is HK$1,500 or above, otherwise HK$400 (creditable after signing).
• Quote valid 14 days. Service area: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories (outlying islands on request).
