Can the recipient choose their own plants?

Yes, within the card’s eligible range, to suit their space, taste and care routine.

What are the expiry, partial-use and refund terms?

Cards are valid for one year. Any unused balance can be used for a later purchase within that period. Ask us about refunds and offer combinations before buying.

What should the recipient do after receiving a card?

Follow the redemption instructions supplied with the card. Contact us with the order reference if anything is unclear, and do not post the card code publicly.
