PlantShop.hk dispatches daily across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. Standard delivery takes 3–7 working days and is free on orders of HK$1,500 or more. In a hurry? WhatsApp us for express delivery in 2–3 working days for HK$250 per order.

Sending a gift, opening a business or settling into a new home? Tell us your preferred delivery date and we’ll check plant stock and delivery availability. Once confirmed, express delivery is expected within 2–3 working days.
The express fee is HK$250 per order, in addition to any standard delivery charge.

- We’ll confirm stock and the delivery date, then explain how to pay the express fee.
- Once confirmed, we’ll arrange dispatch and check the delivery window with you the day before.
Express delivery depends on our routes and plant stock. Please check availability with us before placing your order.

From order to arrival

Order and pay
We dispatch daily, except on public holidays. Your order usually arrives 3–7 working days after you order.

We book a date
Within 1–2 working days of payment, we contact you by WhatsApp or phone to book a date. Deliveries run 10am–6pm.

The day before
We confirm your delivery window the day before, so you can arrange for someone to receive it.

On the day
We let you know the expected arrival time. If severe weather or traffic delays the route, we tell you straight away and rebook.

Coverage and access
Where we deliver
Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, excluding outlying islands. Our team uses dedicated equipment to bring each plant safely to your door or reception.
Someone to receive it
Please make sure someone is in and give us a phone number we can reach. When you order, tell us about the building entrance, corridors and lifts so the team can plan the route.
Stairs and large plants
There is no stair fee if there is a lift. Carrying plants up stairs by hand costs HK$50 per floor. For large plants, please measure doors, corridors and lifts in advance and tell us about parking and unloading. Final placement depends on site access.
Offices and larger orders
Corporate clients can arrange a free site survey, delivery within office hours, bulk delivery quotes and a dedicated contact. See corporate plant rental or contact us directly.

Delivery questions
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 working days. Within 1–2 working days of payment, we contact you to book a date. Deliveries run 10am–6pm.
Can I get express delivery?
Yes. WhatsApp us on +852 4492 9648. Once we confirm stock and the date, we can deliver in 2–3 working days for an express fee of HK$250 per order.
How much is delivery?
