PlantShop.hk provides plant delivery services across all of Hong Kong, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and all districts of the New Territories. We have a professional transport team and specialised equipment to ensure your plants are delivered safely.

• Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days
• Express Delivery: 1-2 working days (additional charges apply)
• Scheduled Delivery: Morning or afternoon time slots available by appointment

Orders over the following amounts qualify for free delivery:

• Hong Kong Island: HK$3,000 and above
• Kowloon: HK$2,500 and above
• New Territories: HK$3,500 and above

• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order, and provide a contact telephone number
• Large plants require lift or stairway access; please inform us in advance
• Carrying plants upstairs incurs an additional charge of HK$50 per floor
• Deliveries to remote areas or at special times may incur additional charges
• In the event of adverse weather conditions, delivery may be delayed; we will notify you in advance
