From a brief to a proposal

You do not need a finished design to start

  1. Share your space

    Send photos, the district, approximate dimensions or plant quantities, a budget and a preferred start date.

  2. Check the conditions

    Review light, access, building management requirements and practical care needs.

  3. Agree the proposal

    Check plants, quantities, service scope, included items and any separate charges.

  4. Arrange delivery

    After the plan and payment are confirmed, agree delivery, placement or installation and the care schedule.

Common questions

Before you start

Do we need to add plants throughout the office at once?

You can start with a reception area, meeting room or a few selected positions. Rental is calculated by plant size and quantity, with any applicable small-order fee. Green walls and landscape projects are quoted separately for the agreed site scope.

Should we choose rental, a green wall or landscape design?

Start with rental for potted plants around a workplace. Explore green walls for a fixed wall feature, or landscape design for a rooftop, terrace or outdoor planting area. If you are unsure, photos of the space are a useful starting point.

Are the photographs completed client projects?

No. Images labelled “Illustrative image” show a possible direction. They are not client case studies and do not mean that particular plants, dimensions or building works are included in a quote.
