Office plant rental
in Hong Kong
Monthly rent includes plants, standard planters, initial delivery and placement, and scheduled care. We recommend weekly visits for more regular professional care.
Rates are per plant/month with weekly care, not the total order cost. Below HK$1,500 in plant rent, add HK$300/month for small orders. The calculator includes this fee in the monthly total. Deposit: 1 month of the total, payable separately.

What does a small plant arrangement cost?
These examples use the calculator’s pricing data. Change the quantities, sizes or care schedule in the calculator to build your own budget.
Examples are for budgeting. Plant styles, containers, placement and the final service scope are subject to the confirmed quote.
What does the monthly plan cover?
Plant rental and your chosen care plan
- The agreed plant sizes and quantities.
- Watering, pruning and leaf cleaning at the selected frequency.
- Plant health checks, with feeding and care adjustments as needed.
- Standard planters, initial delivery and placement are included in the monthly rent.
Items to check separately
- A small-order service fee applies below the monthly threshold.
- Survey fees and any current waiver are set out in the terms.
- Wilt, damage and requests to change plant styles have different conditions.
- Restricted access, special working arrangements or work outside the plan must be agreed before proceeding.
Compare the care as well as the rent
Rental does not change a plant’s need for light and water. Check the site conditions before choosing how often we visit.
Weekly care — recommended
Weekly visits include free same-type replacement of wilted plants, excluding misuse. We recommend this plan for more regular professional care.
Fortnightly care
Fortnightly visits cost less per month, but wilt replacement is charged at HK$380 per plant. We recommend weekly care, which includes free same-type wilt replacement, excluding misuse.
Someone on site may need to help between visits; we will explain the care needed for your plants and environment.
Review the current terms before submitting

Contract options: 6 / 12 / 18 / 24 months.
Rent, rebate and replacement
- Monthly rates are fixed once confirmed. Eligible rent credit on contracts of 12 months or longer can be used towards continued rental from month 13 without signing a new contract. This is rent credit, not a cash payment; the amount depends on the selected contract and plant quantity.

- The deposit equals one month of the total rent, including any applicable small-order service fee. It is payable separately and refundable at the end of the contract if there are no arrears or customer-caused damage.
Payment methods
- Standard payment: the deposit and first month are due by FPS or bank transfer before initial delivery. Delivery is arranged after payment clears. Subsequent monthly payment notices should be settled within approximately 7 days.
- Company billing is subject to approval: pay the deposit before delivery, then settle each monthly invoice within 30 days. Overdue accounts may have non-urgent service paused.
- We accept FPS, bank transfer or company cheque. Please contact us to arrange card payment and confirm any applicable processing fee.
Site visit and quote validity
- The HK$400 site survey can take place in two stages, covering on-site photos and a visual mockup with quotation. It is waived until 30 September 2026. Afterwards, it is free for plant rent of HK$1,500 or more per month; otherwise HK$400 applies and can be credited towards rent after signing.
- Quotations are valid for 14 days. We serve Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories; outlying islands are by separate arrangement.
Useful details for your office team
What is the minimum quantity, and how are small orders charged?
The calculator can estimate from one plant, using the selected size, quantity and care frequency. A small-order service fee is added when plant rent falls below the threshold shown in the pricing summary and calculation. Availability and service arrangements are subject to the confirmed quote.
Should we rent plants or buy them?
Rental combines plants and scheduled care in a monthly budget. Buying is another option if your team has the time and skills to look after them. Compare the contract length, maintenance work and replacement arrangements as well as the price of each plant.
Can we rent real plants for a dim office?
Send daytime photos, window positions and lighting hours so we can assess the space. Shade tolerance does not mean a plant can live without light. An unsuitable position may need a different layout or a separately agreed lighting solution.
When can we use rent credit, and do we need a new contract?
Eligible rent credit can be used towards continued rental from month 13 without signing a new contract. It is rent credit, not a cash payment. The amount depends on the selected contract and plant quantity and is shown in the calculator.
What should we prepare for a quote?
Send photos, the district, an estimated plant quantity or dimensions, daytime light conditions, floor and lift access, a budget and a preferred start date. If quantities are undecided, identify the reception areas, workspaces or meeting rooms you want to improve.
