  • Company name and job title (business customers)
  • Messages and photos you send us on WhatsApp or by email
  • Payment details, which are processed by third-party payment providers. We don’t store card details.

  • IP address and browser type
  • Pages viewed and how you use the site
  • Data from cookies and similar technologies

Transaction records: 7 years

To meet tax and legal requirements.

Account details: up to 5 years inactive

Kept until you ask us to delete them, or the account has been inactive for over 5 years.

Marketing records: 2 years

Or until you withdraw consent.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you can:

  • Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
  • Ask us to delete your personal data, where the law allows
  • Withdraw consent (this doesn’t affect anything done before you withdraw)
  • Ask us to stop sending you direct marketing

To make a request, email plantshophk.official@gmail.com with your name and either the phone number used for your order or your order number, so we can confirm it’s you.
