CHOOSE FOR YOUR SPACE

Start with where it will live

Read the light before choosing

Outdoor does not always mean tolerant of all-day sun. Note the hours of direct light and check the species. A plant moved into stronger light may need gradual acclimatisation.

Plan for wind and rain

Use stable pots, keep drainage holes clear and avoid exposed railing edges. Move plants to a sheltered position ahead of severe weather.

Before you order

Can an outdoor plant live indoors?

It depends on the species and the light available. A plant that needs strong light may struggle in a dim room.

Will a fruit tree always produce fruit?

No. Variety, maturity, pollination, sunlight and care all affect fruiting.

What should I consider for a windy balcony or roof terrace?

Share the exposure, sunlight and a photograph of the space. Consider pot stability and how the plant can be moved, as well as the plant itself.

How long does delivery take in Hong Kong?

Delivery normally takes 3–7 business days after ordering to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, excluding outlying islands. The date still needs confirmation; public holidays and severe weather can cause delays.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on orders of HK$1,500 or more; otherwise, it costs HK$200. Direct lift access carries no stair charge; carrying upstairs costs HK$50 per floor. Please ask us about unusual access.

What if my plant arrives with a health issue?

Contact us within seven days with your order number and photographs of the plant. Claims are handled under the returns policy; the health promise does not cover every reason for an exchange.
