When will I receive my order?

We deliver every Friday. Orders placed before 6pm on Monday will be delivered that same Friday; orders placed after 6pm on Monday will be delivered the following Friday.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

Exact delivery times may vary depending on the volume of orders and traffic conditions on the day. We will notify you as early as possible ahead of your delivery.

Do you deliver to outlying islands?

At present, we deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories only. We regret that our delivery service does not currently extend to the outlying islands (such as Lantau, Lamma, Cheung Chau, and others).

Will my plants be damaged during delivery?

We use professional packaging to protect your plants throughout the journey. Each plant is carefully wrapped with protective materials, with soil securely in place. Larger plants are transported on trolleys. Should you notice any damage upon delivery, please inform the driver immediately — or contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a replacement.

Can I collect my order in person?

We currently offer delivery only — self-collection is not available at this time. The good news is that free delivery applies to all orders over $1,500, making it both easy and excellent value!

Do corporate clients get special delivery arrangements?

Corporate clients benefit from order discounts, a dedicated account manager to oversee orders and coordinate regular deliveries, as well as flexible scheduling options. Please contact us to find out more.
